Pocketsized Dietitian may also collect clinical and health information provided by the client.

• Professional clinical record keeping of client information in accordance with the British Dietetic Association Guidance for Records and Record Keeping.
• Sharing information with relevant health care professionals (only when consent is given by the client).
Survey responses: Pocketsized Dietitian may also collect information from surveys that we may use for research purposes, if you choose to respond to them. Transaction details: we or our third party providers will collect information relating to transactions you carry out through our site and for the purposes of fulfilling your orders.
