CANCELLATION POLICY

Pocketsized Dietitian requires a minimum of 48 hours notice (via email or use the contact form on this website) to cancel or reschedule any 1:1 appointments, education sessions or student mentorship (Plans policy below). If you decide to cancel the service after payment with less than 48 hours’ notice for both remote and in person bookings, Pocketsized Dietitian will deduct a 10% fee from the appointment cost to cover processing charges.

What is a cancelled appointment?

• An appointment you do not attend.

• An appointment where you arrive more than 20 minutes late.  

• An appointment for which you provide less than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Any exceptional circumstances will be taken into account and we will try to accomodate, however, Pocketsized Dietitian cannot guarantee a refund or an alternative appointment date.

Cancellation Policy for No-Show 1:1 Clients

​

 A "no-show" is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification.

​

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as above.

• Fees for No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided the required 48hr notice, a fee equal to the full appointment cost will be charged and as payment is taken in advance, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation policy for packages

​

• All payments for Pocketsized Dietitian service plans are final, however there is a 14 day cooling period whereby after this no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you are committed to the plan before purchasing.

• By purchasing a Pocketsized Dietitian service package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined and acknowledge that the investment is for the specified services.

• You are responsible for utilising your plan within the specified time frame. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over beyond the specified timeframe.

• While refunds are not offered for plans after the 14 day cooling period, we may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and sent to us via email and will be reviewed at our discretion.  If granted, we will only offer a partial refund for any unused time left on the plan. Missed appointments will be charged in full. 

•  If you encounter issues with your package, please contact us to discuss potential alternatives or solutions that work better for you.

Education sessions ​

• All payments for Pocketsized Dietitian education sessions are final and no refunds will be issued.

TERMS OF WEBSITE USE
The Website and its Content is owned by Pocketsized Dietitian. The term “You” refers to the user or viewer of our website (“website”). By viewing this website or anything made available on or through this website, including but not limited to programs, products, services, podcasts, opt-in gifts, e-books, videos, webinars, blog posts, e-newsletters, consultations, e-mails, social media and/or other communication (collectively referred to as “website”), you are agreeing to accept all parts of this Disclaimer. Thus, if you do not agree to the Disclaimer below, please STOP now, and do not access or use this website.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 The Definition of ‘’services’’ covers all the services advertised by Pocketsized Dietitian through this website or any other means.  All service pricing varies, please see plans and pricing for further details or contact us for clarification if needed.  Pocketsized Dietitian takes full payment in advance for all services by payment online via our site via e.g. stripe or PayPal.  

1.2 Pocketsized Dietitian requires a minimum of 48 hours notice (via email) to cancel any appointments (see cancellation policy above)

1.3 Once an appointment is booked, a confirmation email will be sent to the client, please note, its a courtesy only.  If you do not receive one, please still attend your scheduled appointment or contact Pocketsized Dietitian. Pocketsized Dietitian requires that you arrive 5-10mins early for your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if the client is 20 minutes late.  All Services are subject to availability. Pocketsized Dietitian provides online/telephone appointment and can provide face to face consultations locally in South Wales, please enquire for face to face.. Pocketsized Dietitian may stop service provision that is in in progress if clients exhibit aggressive, disrespectful behaviour. We cannot guarantee that all services listed or advertised may be available at all times and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend any services at any given time without prior notice.

1.4  Disclaimer of Results
Individual outcomes are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person. Pocketsized Dietitian/Nokhuthula Nyoni do not warrant or represent that you will achieve any specific results or health outcomes. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that individual results are influenced by various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your unique physical condition, medical history, genetic factors, personal commitment, and adherence to the recommended guidance. You assume full responsibility for your own health and any outcomes resulting from the implementation of dietary, nutrition, or lifestyle changes.

2. Our information

2.1 This site Pocketsized Dietitian is registered to and operated by Nokhuthula Nyoni, Registered Dietitian. Regulated by the HCPC, DT 31175.

3. Accessing our Site

3.1 The Pocketsized Dietitian site is made available free of charge.

3.2 There is no guarantee that the site or any content on it will be uninterrupted or always available. Access to our site is subject to terms set herein, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice or liability. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.  By visiting our site, you agree to be bound by our Terms. ​​ You can only use our site for lawful purposes.

4.3 You may print a copy and download from any page on this site for personal use only.
