If you have private health insurance with Aviva, Vitality or AXA Health, you can use our services. Registered dietitians are recognised by leading health insurance providers, making it easy for you to access the support you need.

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm that your policy covers dietitian appointments and how many.
What to expect from a 1-1 Consultation

- 60 minute virtual initial consultation or face to face if locally in South Wales (follow ups included in packages only)
- If you would like a 30 minute follow up consultation: £80
- Pre-consultation assessment of health questionnaire and food diary
- Evidence based nutrition advice and support tailored to meet your specific dietary needs and condition
- Actionable strategies to help you get started/manage symptoms you may be experiencing
- Guidance on creating balanced, nutrient dense meals
- Motivational discussions
- A full, detailed report of the consultation and summary of agreed plan within 48 hours
- Correspondence to your GP if needed (with your consent)
